Our Process

01. GETTING STARTED

You have an idea, but you’re not sure where to begin. How much will the project cost? How long will it take? Contact us to get started! You can complete a contact form online by clicking here or give us a call at  407-326-2538. We will schedule your first consultation to answer any questions you may have and discuss the design retainer process.

02. THE FIRST SITE VISIT

Our design team will take measurements and photographs of your home and discuss your project goals. This allows us to begin working on a custom remodeling plan for you.

03. DESIGN AND INITIAL BUDGET MEETING

During the initial design presentation, our team will share floor plans, elevations, and artistic renderings to help you visualize and understand your new spaces. Preliminary budgets will also be discussed. After receiving your feedback, we will make adjustments as necessary.

04. PROPOSAL

Once you approve the final revisions and feel confident the design will achieve your goals, we will schedule a site visit with our estimator and tradesmen. This visit allows our trades to evaluate the conditions of the spaces to be renovated and identify any unforeseen challenges that may arise once the project begins. We will use this information to produce a proposal that includes a detailed scope of work and a fixed price for your project.

05. MATERIAL SELECTIONS

With the help of our designers, you will begin selecting materials for your project. Most materials can be selected right in our Orlando area showroom including cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, flooring, and more. Your designer will accompany you to our allied partner’s showrooms for any specialty items requiring an outside visit.

06. THE CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT

The construction agreement maps out the final project scope of work, approved selections and specifications, drawings, project costs, deposit, and payment schedule. We are now ready to schedule your project for production and establish a construction timeline. If a building permit is required, it will be applied for at this time.

07. CONSTRUCTION

Your designer and project manager will work as a team to oversee the project until completion. While we try to anticipate every roadblock, when issues arise you can trust our team to handle them in a timely manner. Anyone who walks on your property is licensed and insured which includes our construction staff and subcontractors

08. COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT

Our service doesn’t stop once your project is complete.  We warranty your renovation to give you the peace of mind that we stand behind our work.
